Additional Edit Requests

Welcome! We’re glad you’re here! Prior to moving forward with your additional edit request, please review the details below carefully.

At this stage, the Clients - those who signed the contract - have received the completed product: the fully edited high-resolution files in an online gallery. Edits were completed by Photographer - Melanie Fiander - (only) in accordance with the terms outlined in the clients’ contract under the clauses titled: “Artistic License”, “High Resolution Images”, “Editing”, “Touch Ups”, and “Image Processing and Printing”. Now that the images have been delivered to the Clients, the agreement made within the Clients’ contract is complete.

Although we understand that Clients may like to request additional edits to their images. This is not a problem as long as the request are within reason and meet the requirements below:

Additional edits are offered on a limited basis and only if Photographer’s schedule permits. If Photographer’s schedule does not permit additional editing time, Clients will be referred to an outside editor who has been pre-approved by Fiander Foto. Photographer is not responsible for performance, price, and/or communication that occurs between Clients and outside editor.

As the agreement noted in the initial contract has been completed at this stage, Photographer is not responsible for requests for additional edits that are not able to be met for any reason. With this in mind, clients are encouraged to re-review full contract prior to submitting request for additional edits.

Clients may request additional edits for up to 10 images (max) from their online gallery. In order to this additional edits and work to occur, additional payment is required.

Additional Edit = $35 uSD / image

There are LIMITATIONS to editing in terms of skill, branding, and Photographer’s work schedule. If clients are requesting an edit that is beyond Fiander Foto's capabilities, is not within the Fiander Foto brand, and/or does not suit the Photographer’s work schedule - client will be referred to an outside editor pre-approved by Fiander Foto. Photographer is not responsible for performance, price, and/or communication that occurs between Clients and outside editor.

If Clients are requesting an edit that is outside of Fiander Foto's branding, the edit request will be denied.

Note: once additional edit request are accepted by Photographer - Melanie Fiander will send Clients an invoice, which is to be paid prior to additional work being completed. From there, the additional edits will be completed in a timely manner that is suited to her work schedule. Edits are not made without payment being submitted and cleared beforehand.

For several ethical reasons, we do not offer the following: Body Modification.

Cell phone number of the person who signed the contract; please be sure to include an up-to-date number if it has changed since booking. A confirmation text will be sent after the request is made.

Client Confimation

I confirm that I am the one who completed the booking and signed the contract. I understand that IF my request for additional edits can be completed, they will be done so under the Fiander Foto branding and style. Note: those who select "no" will not have the additional edits completed as we do not edit images outside of our style.

Exposure = Lighten or darken an image.

Color = More or less saturation or vibrancy

Crop = Zoom in/out while maintaining a 3:2 aspect ratio
